Merpati Putih is the royal inheritance of the Kings and Heirs of the Mataram Kingdom in Central Java, Indonesia. It is a complete system of Fitness, Breathwork, Meditation, Energy Development, Personal Empowerment and Combative Martial Arts (Indonesian martial arts are known as Pencak Silat) that was released to the Indonesian public in 1963, but was closed to Americans until 1999.
